Day 1 : Arrival Delhi (The capital of India)
You will be met with our Representative at Delhi Airport holding a Placard of your name and upon meeting him he will assist you in every manner and from this point onwards you leave your worries and make yourself comfortable & get ready to meet with the tiger in next few days as we have blocked an appointment specially for you with him. You will be transferred by Car to your pre-booked hotel and stay Overnight in Delhi.
Day 2 : Delhi
After Breakfast meet your guide for the day who will be taking you along to show you the real Delhi. Begin your day with an exploration starting in Old Delhi which was the capital of Muslim India between the 17th and 19th centuries. Visit Jama Masjid, the Royal Mosque which was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1656. Enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes followed by a short walk in the main street of Old Delhi – the colourful shopping bazaar known as Chandni Chowk. Drive past the Red Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage site) built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Proceed for a brief visit to Raj Ghat, the Mahatma Gandhi memorial.
In the afternoon visit New Delhi – the imperial city created by the British as the capital of India. In 1911, Edwin Lutyens, the most renowned English architect of the day, was chosen to design New Delhi. The Rashtrapati Bhawan is where the Viceroy once lived and now is the official residence of the President of India. View India Gate, a war memorial arch built in honor of 90,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives in World War I. Visit Qutub Minar (a UNESCO World Heritage site), a soaring tower of victory which is 72.5 meters high and has five distinct stories & tour ends with a visit to Laxmi Narayan Temple (Birla Mandir) & Gurudwara Bangla Sahib (Sikh temple). Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi – Jabalpur (By Flight) & then drive to Bandhavgarh (the land of Tiger)
Morning after Breakfast you will be transferred to Delhi Airport to connect your flight to Jabalpur. On arrival meet with our representative who will take you along to the Home of Tiger where we have arranged an appointment with him for you to say hello to him and finalize the further appointments. Upon arrival transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Rest of the day kept free to meet our Naturalist and get a brief about the next few days. Listen to him carefully as he will give you many tips which you need to follow and then he will take you for a short walk to enjoy the bird watching around your hotel.
Day 4 : Bandhavgarh
Today onwards you have to wake up early mornings for next few days to enjoy the Private Jeep ride with our Naturalist inside the Jungle. Later return back and have your Breakfast and then time for wash & change and then again get ready for the afternoon safari after Lunch. Evening return back to hotel and relax.
Day 5 : Bandhavgarh
Am & Pm Jeep safari and we will book you today in different zone so that you don’t miss any part of Jungle and don’t have to mention again that our Naturalist will be with you during the Jungle Rides. Evening Return back to your hotel and relax. You may also download the photographs you have taken during today’s safaris and can also interact with Naturalist to visualize the pictures and also chalk down the strategy for the next day.
Day 6-8 : Bandhavgarh
Am & Pm Jeep safaris all days for the photography purpose & evenings share the pictures and views.
Day 9 : Bandhavgarh – Kanha
Kanha National Park is a world famous national park. It is famous for its beautiful jungles, forest management, magnificent landscapes, rich wildlife and of course the Royal Bengal Tigers. There are approx 131 Tigers in Kanha National Park. Rudyard Kipling:- British author and Nobel Laureate, set his tales of the boy brought up by wolves in the Jungle of Kanha National Park in ‘The Jungle Book’.
Kanha National park is located in the Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh and it extends over an area of over 1,940-sq-kms. The major feature of this region’s interesting topography is the horseshoe shape valley and the whole park area is surrounded by the spurs of the Mekal.
By a special statue in 1955, Kanha national park came into being since then, a series of stringent conservation programmes for the protection of the park’s flora and fauna has given Kanha its deserved reputation for being one of the finest and best administered national parks in Asia, an irresistible attraction for all wild life lovers a true haven for its animal and avian population. Kanha national park has 22 species of mammals.
Kanha’s Sal and Bamboo forest ,rolling grasslands and meandering stream stretch over the 940 km. The abundance and wild life species in Kanha national park, forms the core of the Kanha tiger reserve created in1974 under project tiger. The park is only habitat of the rare hard grounder Barasingha.
Upon arrival transfer to your hotel and meet our another Naturalist who will take you to this National Park. This day is free to discuss the facts about the Park. Overnight at Kanha.
Day 10-12 : Kanha
Again these two days are arranged for you to take 2 safaries every day inside the Jungle to shoot some good pictures and our Naturalist will help you in every manner and tell you everything about the National Park and the different wild animals.
Day 13 : Kanha to Nagpur Drive and then fly back to Delhi
Today morning leave early and go to Nagpur to connect your flight back to Delhi and upon arrival in Delhi stay overnight and relax before taking flight back home next morning.
