DAY 1 : Arrival in Helsinki
On arrival in Helsinki, the capital of Finland, your Scandinavian tour from India will begin

DAY 2 : Day trip to Tallinn
Following breakfast, you will proceed to the pier to board the Ferry to Tallinn
Enjoy a Guided City Tour of Tallinn. Your tour will begin with a drive through the charming district of Kadriorg. You will also see the Toompea Hill, to enjoy a beautiful view of the city, the Parliament Building, the Dome Church, where you can find gravestones dating back to the 13th century, St Nicholas’ Church, a 13th century church, Town Hall Square, St Catherine’s Passage, a picturesque walkway in the Old Town, Kadriorg Park, a palatial urban park, and the Castle
Next, you will visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, an orthodox cathedral in the Old Town built in the Russian revival style
In the evening, return to Helsinki

DAY 3 : City Tour of Helsinki – Stockholm
After breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy a Guided Tour of Helsinki where you will get a glimpse of the important and interesting sights in the city
The tour will include a visit to the Rock Church, followed by the Presidential Palace, the Lutheran Church, the Senate Square, the Opera House, Uspenski Cathedral and Sibelius Park
Afterwards, you will drive to the pier to board the overnight Ferry to Stockholm

DAY 4 : Stockholm
Today, post breakfast, you will disembark from the ferry and proceed for a Guided City Tour of Stockholm
You will visit the City Hall, the Opera House and Alfred Nobel’s House, home of the renowned chemist. Next, you will proceed to the famous Vasa Museum, Sweden’s most visited museum enshrining the warship Vasa
Later, you will go to see the Royal Palace, home of the Swedish royal family housing some great attractions such as the Royal Apartments, the Hall of State, etc. followed by the Stockholm City Hall, the venue of the Nobel Prize banquet each year

DAY 5 : Stockholm – Bergen (by Flight)
After breakfast, you will check-out and drive to the airport to catch a flight to Bergen, the second largest city in Norway surrounded by seven mountains
On arrival, you will proceed for a City Tour of Bergen accompanied by an experienced English-speaking local guide
You will visit the Harbour, the Fish Market and St Mary’s Church, an outstanding 12th century Romanesque church
Next, take a fun filled ride on the Funicular Train to the mountain top for a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings. Here, also get a chance to shop at several exciting outlets

DAY 6 : Bergen – Norway in a Nut Shell – Oslo
Today, following breakfast at the hotel, get ready for one of Norway’s most popular trips, ‘Norway in a Nutshell’, a spectacular combination of impressive train, bus and boat rides through the beautiful scenery of Fjord Norway
You will be transferred to the pier to board the Sognefjord Mini Cruise in a standard boat for about 2 hours from Gudvangen to Flam. Indian lunch will be provided on the way
You will de-board at Flam and take a 10 minute walk to the Flam Railway Station to board a train to Myrdal and then back to Flam
Board a coach to travel to Oslo (220 km, approximately 3 hours)
After arrival in Oslo, check-in at the hotel
Later, have an Indian dinner at a local restaurant

DAY 7 : Oslo
Post breakfast, you will proceed for a Guided City Tour of Oslo
The tour will take you to the Parliament Square, the National Galleries, which has the largest collection of paintings and sculptures in Norway, the Karl Johan Shopping Street, the main shopping street in the city, and the 19th century Royal Palace
Also visit the Akershus Castle, a protective fortress which also served as a prison and houses the Norwegian Defence Museum, Holmenkollen (viewpoint only) for beautiful views of the city, and the City Hall
Next, visit the Vigeland Park to see the sculpted works of Gustav Vigeland

DAY 8 : Oslo – Copenhagen

En-route, you will pass by the cities of Gothenburg and Malmo in Sweden

Also see the Little Mermaid, a statue inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s sad fairytale, now considered the national symbol of Denmark
Next, you will visit the famous Carlsberg Brewery to experience and learn the fascinating history of Carlsberg and its world famous beer
Later, visit the famous Tivoli Gardens where you will have an opportunity to enjoy the various rides (only entrance included, rides at an additional cost)
