Day 1 : Arrival Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi Airport you will be met with our representative who is anxiously waiting for you in arrival hall to welcome you. After Traditional Welcome you will be transferred to your hotel. During the transfer he will brief you about the tour program and once you reach hotel he will assist you in getting your rooms quickly. He will also advise you the time for the city tour next Morning. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 : Delhi
After breakfast time free for briefing with the photographer. Later proceed to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib (Sikh temple) and then proceed to Khari Baoli, which is the local name for the spice market. India’s largest wholesale spice market built back in the 1920’s by a local merchant. This large square courtyard lined with tiny alcoves each one housing a spice merchant and his pungent spices has air thick with spice, so you may need to cover your nose to prevent you from sneezing, coughing and crying all the way round. Later also visit one of the largest second-hand Automobile spare parts market in the world near Jama Masjid. Return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3 : Delhi – Varanasi (By Flight)
After breakfast check-out from the hotel & transfer to Airport to board flight to Varanasi. Varanasi, the city of Shiva, on the bank of the sacred Ganges is one of the holiest places in India. Hindu Pilgrims come to bate in the waters of the Ganges, a ritual which washes away all sins. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Later you will walk through lanes, Bazaars, Ghats and at the end you will experience the vibrant and choreographed Aarti ceremony of Varanasi for which the city is known for and also watch the floating Diyas (lamps) on the river Ganges. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 : Varanasi
Early morning boat ride on river Ganges. Witnessing and photographing the thousands of devotees, elaborate religious ceremonies and the daily going-on at the ghats is something that no photographer will want to miss. On stone platforms under palm leaf umbrellas, the Pandas-Brahmin priests preside over rites and rituals. The boat trip will cover various ghats including the cremation sites. Because every pious Hindu believes that to die in Kashi (Varanasi) and to be cremated on the banks of the Ganges is to attain release from the cycle of birth and death. Return back to hotel for breakfast. Rest of the time free for photography. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : Varanasi – Delhi –Jaipur (By Flight / By Train)
After breakfast transfer to Airport to board flight to Delhi. Upon arrival transfer to Delhi Cantt. Railway station to board train JP Double Decker (Dep: 1735 Arr: 2205 hrs.) to Jaipur. Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan is popularly known as ‘The Pink City’ for the colour of the buildings in its wonderful old city. This Buzzing metropolis is certainly a place of wild contrasts and is a feast for the eyes. Upon arrival check-in at hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6 : Jaipur
After breakfast visit elephant stable prior to visit Amber Fort & enjoy ride on an elephant up to the Amber Fort established in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh of the Kachawa dynasty. Within the Amber Fort are ornate palaces, courts, stairways, pillared pavilions & palaces. Drive past the stunning artistry of the five-storey façade of the Hawa Mahal Later in the afternoon proceed to the Jal Mahal (must be reached 45 min. prior to sunset) – the Water Palace. Later return back to hotel for overnight stay.Optional – Evening Walk of Jaipur: Walk through Hawa Mahal, Bazaars and very colorful markets of Jaipur and feel mesmerized with the experience the pink city has to offer. The scintillating and breathtaking colours of markets and shops will make you fall in love with the city. Walking through the Salmon coloured walls of the city are simply an awesome way to get connected to the local people and regional culture. This walking tour also includes a rickshaw ride.
Day 7 : Jaipur – Vrindavan (235 kms/5 hrs.)
After breakfast drive to Vrindavan, where Lord Krishna spent his childhood days, played the flute sporting with the Gopis and where Radhika pined for her lover. Vrindavan is considered to be a holy place for Vaisnavism tradition of Hinduism. It is a center of Krishna worship and the area includes places like Govardhana and Gokul that are associated with Krishna. Millions of devotees of Radha Krishna visit these places of pilgrimage every year and participate in a number of festivals. Places of interest include Madan Mohan Temple, Meera Bai Temple, Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir, Banke Bihari Temple, Seva Kunj, Kesi Ghat, Sriji Temple, Jugal Kishore Temple, Lal Babu Temple, Raj Ghat, Kusuma Sarovar, Imli Tal, Kaliya Ghat, Raman Reti, Varaha Ghat, Chira Ghat. In the evening attend Aarti at Iskon temple. Overnight at hotel.
Day8 : Vrindavan – Holi Celebration
Holi – the colorful festival of Holi is celebrated on Phalgun Purnima which comes in February end or early March. Holi festival has an ancient origin and celebrates the triumph of ‘good’ over ‘bad’. The colorful festival bridges the social gap and renew sweet relationships On this day, people hug and wish each other ‘Happy Holi’ It’s an occasion that brings in unadulterated joy and mirth, fun and play, music and dance, and, of course, lots of bright colors!. After breakfast spend day exploring the narrow lanes of Vrindavan and holi celebrations in Banke Bihari Temple. Overnight at hotel.
Day9 : Vrindavan – Agra (73 kms/1.5 hrs.)
After breakfast time free at leisure. Later visit world famous Taj Mahal- (closed on Fridays) built by Mughal emperor Shahjahan in the memory of his beautiful wife Mumtaj. Continue onto Agra Fort-built by Mughal emperor Akbar to commemorate his victory in war. Agra Fort is the former imperial residence of the Mughal Dynasty. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage site and is about 2.5 km northwest of its more famous sister monument, the Taj Mahal. The fort can be more accurately described as a walled city. Rest of the time free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day10 : Agra – Delhi – Departure(203 kms/4 hrs.)
After breakfast time free at leisure. Later straight drive to Delhi International Airport to board flight to onward destination.
