Day 01 : Arrival Trivandrum-Kovalam(15 Kms / 40 Minutes)
On arrival at Trivandrum our representative will pick you up from the airport and drive to Kovalam. On arrival at Kovalam check-in at the Resort. After fresh up our professional Ayurveda Doctor to discuss your requirement to start your treatment day after.
Evening enjoy at Kovalam beach to enjoy own activity.

Day 02 : Ayurveda Sessions-Kovalam City Tour
Early morning you will be taken for Yoga session in your resort. Then you can take the breakfast you will be provided Ayurveda Therapies. The therapy involves various herbal massage, steam baths. After Therapy you will be taken for the sightseeing tour of Trivandrum.
Highlights of the day
Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Padmanabhapuram Palace, Napier Museum and Sri Chitra Art Gallery. Later back to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 03 : Kovalam-Excursion to Kanayakumari(120 Kms / 03 hrs – One Way)
Early morning you will be again provided Yoga session. After Yoga Session take breakfast and start Ayurveda Therapy according to your treatment. After Therapy excursion to Kanyakumari.
On arrival at Kanyakumari explore city tour of Kanyakumari.
Highlights of the day
Mahatma Gandhi Memorial, Thiruvallur Statue, Vivekanand Rock Momorial.
Later drive back to Kovalam.
Overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 04 : Kovalam-Boat Cruise on Thiruvallam Backwaters
Early morning start Yoga session at your resort. After breakfast you will be taken for the Ayurveda Therapy to continue your treatment. Afternoon excursion to Thiruvallan Backwaters to enjoy the Boat Cruise.
Later back to Kovalam.
Overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 05 : Kovalam
Early morning start Yoga session at your resort. After breakfast you will be taken for the Ayurveda Therapy to continue your treatment.
After treatment day enjoy at your own activity.
Overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 06 : Kovalam-Trivandrum(15 Kms / 40 Minutes)-Departure
Morning after breakfast our representative will pick you from the hotel and assist you departure transfer to the Trivandrum airport to board your flight for your onwards journeys.
