Day 1 : ARRIVE DELHI
Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be met with our company’s representative at arrival hall to welcome you. After traditional welcome you will be transferred to your hotel. After check-in formalities relax at hotel till afternoon.
Later drive through the Embassy area, Diplomatic enclave, stop for a quick photo shoot at India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan (Presidential Estate formerly Viceroy’s House), Connaught Place, New Delhi’s main shopping area and also visit the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib (Sikh Temple) one of the most prominent Sikh house of worship, in Delhi. Later visit to the Humayun’s Tomb & 72 meters high Qutub Minar. Thereafter, we will take you to a local house for a Cooking Demonstration followed by dinner where you can see that how Indian Curries are prepared and also enjoy the food and interact with the host family. If you wish you can note the recipe with the help of host and can try back at home when you feel like having home cooked Indian meal. It is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2 : IN DELHI
Optional: Early morning proceed for cycle tour of Delhi.
After sumptuous breakfast, visit Red Fort from outside (Closed on Monday), Jama Masjid, and enjoy the cycle rickshaw ride from Jama Masjid in labyrinth of Chandni Chowk. Thereafter, late afternoon, proceed to visit Akshardham Temple the grandeur and wisdom behind the temple is best when experienced. The main monument, of depicting ancient Indian “vastu shastra” and architecture, is a masterpiece in pink sandstone. Swaminarayan Akshardham, Delhi complex features a large central monument crafted entirely of stone, exhibitions on incidents from the life of Swaminarayan and the history of India, an IMAX feature, a musical fountain, and large landscaped gardens. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3 : DELHI – SAMODE (By surface 234 Kms / 05 Hrs. drive approx)
Post breakfast, proceed for Samode. Exclusive and discreet, Samode Palace has been host to royalty, celebrities, artists, and the discerning traveller. Awaken to the quiet dawn, or have a cocktail on the terrace garden to the accompaniment of folk musicians. Run your fingers across the intricate story of an ancient mural on an uneven wall. Emerge from a gentle healing massage at the spa, or perhaps just sink into the lavish bed in your room. Samode Palace weaves its magic on you. Upon arrival in Samode, check-in at the Palace while you proceed for a camel safari. Spend full day in Samode to explore the majestic Palace. Overnight stay in Samode.
Day 4 : SAMODE – JAIPUR (By surface 45 Kms / 01 Hr. drive approx.)
After breakfast depart for Jaipur
Optional: En route visiting Sanganer and Bagru to see the unique craft of block printing. The village of Sanganer is 12km south of Jaipur (if since overtaken by its urban sprawl), The main reason to visit, however, is to see its handmade paper and block-printing shops, workshops and factories (mostly found around the main drag, Stadium Rd), where you can see the products being made. You can also walk down towards the riverbank to see the enormous, brightly coloured fabrics drying in the sun as they hang on huge racks.
Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan is popularly known as ‘The Pink City’ for the color of the buildings in its wonderful old city. This Buzzing metropolis is certainly a place of wild contrasts and is a feast for the eyes. After some rest and fresh-en-up at hotel, afternoon visit Hawa Mahal (photostop), City Palace and Observatory. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 5 : IN JAIPUR
After breakfast, proceed for half day visit of the Amber Fort where Elephant ride will be provided to ascend to the Fort – established in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh of the Kachwaha dynasty. Within the Amber Fort are ornate palaces, courts, stairways, pillared pavilions.
Return back downhill by jeep and reach to your car where driver would be anxiously waiting for you to take for a point where Walking tour in Jaipur will begin. Think Jaipur and you think of royal families, ancient palaces, ornate architecture and commanding forts. It is this rich history that has made the city what it is today — a fascinating, colourful, crowd-puller. So we urge you to forget the food, streets and shopping for one minute, or rather a few hours to explore veggies & spice market, choti chaupar…etc. This royal tour traces history with larger-than-life structures and heritage sites in the capital city founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. Return to hotel for independent activities. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 6 : JAIPUR – RANTHAMBORE (By surface 180 Kms / 04 Hrs. drive approx.)
After breakfast, depart for Ranthambore Wildlife Park. Ranthambore National Park is in Sawai Madhopur District of Rajasthan state. Located at the junction of the Aravalli and Vindhya hill range, this is one of the finest places to view animals, especially as they are used to being stared at here. The Best Time to Visit Ranthambore National park will be from 1st October to 30th June. Rest of the Time Park is closed for the Visitors. After some rest at hotel, in the afternoon, visit the park for a memorable experience with wild animals. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 7 : IN RANTHAMBORE (170 Kms / 04 Hrs)
After cup of tea/coffee with cookies, proceed for your morning canter safari. Ranthambore is one of the few preserves where the nocturnal camera-shy tigers may be seen in daylight. Almost hunted to extinction by the local royalty and their British overlords, the population of the Bengal tiger is slowly increasing thanks to the efforts of “Project Tiger” and the World Wildlife Fund. You’ll enjoy thrilling game drives in the morning and evening to scour the jungle for wildlife. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 8 : RANTHAMBORE – KARAULI (By surface 100 Kms / 03 Hrs. drive approx.)
After breakfast, you will be driven to Karauli which is a remote ancient town and is known for its famous temples including the Madan Mohanji Temple, Kalyanji Temple and Kaila Devi Temple.
Karauli is also known for the magnificent Bhanvar Vilas Palace, which is now a grand heritage hotel, with art-deco furnishings and spacious lawns.
Upon arrival check in at the hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure. Evening enjoy aarti at Madan Mohan Ji temple. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 9 : KARAULI – BHARATPUR (By surface 131 Kms / 02.5 Hrs. drive approx)
After breakfast you will go for a morning city tour of Karauli, visiting the holy Kaila Devi temple. Later, you will be driven to Bharatpur. Arrival at Bharatpur follows check in at the hotel.
Thereafter, visit Keoladeo Ghana National Park. This tremendous bird sanctuary and national park has long been recognised as one of the world’s most important bird breeding and feeding grounds. In a good monsoon season over one-third of the park can be submerged, hosting over 360 species within its 29 sq km. The marshland patchwork is a wintering area for aquatic birds, including visitors from Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, China and Siberia. The park is also home to deer, nilgai (antelope) and boar, which can be readily spotted. We will visit the Sanctuary on a Tricycle, man driven rickshaw who knows the name of birds…exactly …but yes with our local guide. Return to hotel and spend time for leisure activities. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10 : BHARATPUR – FATEHPUR SIKRI ( By surface 25 Kms / 40Mins drive approx.) FATEHPUR SIKRI – AGRA (By surface 36 Kms / 01 Hr. drive approx.)
After breakfast, transfer by surface to our next destination – Agra, a city in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh state, is home to the iconic Taj Mahal, a mausoleum built for the Mughal ruler Shah Jahan’s wife. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri constructed by Akbar in 1569 to honor Sufi saint Salim Chisti. Akbar’s court occupied this city till it was abandoned due to non-availability of water but still in a state of perfect preservation.Continue drive to Agra.
On arrival check in the hotel. After some rest and fresh-en-up, proceed to visit the much awaited – Taj Mahal, reflecting off the glistening white marble of the monument are truly something special. Visit world famous Taj Mahal- (closed on Fridays) built by Mughal emperor Shahjahan in the memory of his beautiful wife Mumtaj. Rest of the day at leisure. Optional: Mohabbat-E-Taj show. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 11 : AGRA – VARANASI (By flight)
Begin your day with yoga facing the Taj – being a gem of Indian culture, is not only a way to keep oneself healthy and fit, but it’s more of a way of Life. Take a 1 hour Yoga class covering Asana, Dhyana and Pranayam at a lush green mound about 150 meters from the Taj Mahal facing the same. This session is best suited for all, be it a beginner or a pro, child or an adult.
Breakfast at hotel. After check out, continue onto Agra Fort-built by Mughal emperor Akbar to commemorate his victory in war. Later proceed towards airport and board flight for Varanasi.
Arrive Varanasi; you will be met by our company’s representative who will assist you to check in the hotel. Varanasi, the bank of the sacred Ganges is one of the holiest places in India. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 12 : IN VARANASI
Post breakfast we will start proceed for half day city tour covering Bharat Mata Temple: Bharat Mata Temple is among the beautiful temples constructed in 1936 by Babu Shiv Prasad Gupt, a Gandhian follower. Banaras Hindu University (BHU) is the largest residential university in Asia. Later, proceed for the famous Buddhist pilgrimage – Sarnath just at a 08 Kms. from our hotel. We will cover the other important place by visiting Sarnath, you will be awestruck with the feeling of breathing the same air and walking on the same earth as Lord Buddha did 2500 years ago. The city is an auspicious place to die, since expiring here offers Moksha liberation from the cycle of birth and death. Later return to Varanasi and proceed to witness the evening Ganga Aarti. Later return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 13 : VARANASI – LUCKNOW (145 Kms 2.5 Hrs)
Morning visit to Ghats to see the lovely Sun Rise, locals bathing, Brahmin chanting the Mantras and after 01 hr boat ride where we will see the other important Ghats we will take a walk on the narrow streets and see the life of locals. Return back to hotel for breakfast. Check out timely to board train for Lucknow.
Lucknow has always been known as a multicultural city that flourished as a North Indian cultural and artistic hub and the seat of power of Nawabs in the 18th and 19th centuries. It ontinues to be an important centre of governance, administration, education, commerce, aerospace, finance, pharmaceuticals, technology, design, culture, tourism, music and poetry.
You will meet and be assisted upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 14 : IN LUCKNOW
After early breakfast, proceed on to fabulous two-hour Heritage Walking Tour could well turn out to be the best. Tour timings 7am. Meet your English-speaking guide outside Tila Wali Masjid then follow them first around the mosque, then the Bara Imambara, before delving in to the architectural delights of the crazy maze of alleyways in the incredibly fascinating Chowk district.
You’ll sample interesting nibbles like refreshing thandai (made from milk, cardamom, almonds, fennel, saffron etc and – in this case – with or without marijuana!) and getting an insider glimpse into various traditions, from indigo block printing to traditional unani medicine or vark making (edible silver foil). This is an eye-popping way to get your bearings amongst Lucknow’s oldest neighborhoods.
Return to hotel, and take rest for couple of hours. After some rest, late afternoon… drive past some sites like: Dilkusha Garden, La Martiniere, also visit the old city in the evening. spend some time indulging into shopping and trying out some ethnic dishes. Culinary skills too reached the heights of excellence as the Nawabs were not only gracious hosts but also extremely fond of good, tasty and nutritious food. Be it the home of a Lucknowite or the streets and the bazaars, all are dotted with not one but many food joints that people from Lucknow have been loyal since ages irrespective of their social standings and financial abilities. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 15 : LUCKNOW – DUDHWA (By surface 220 Kms/4 hrs. approx)
After early breakfast, transfer by surface to Dudhwa. The Dudhwa Tiger Reserve is a protected area in Uttar Pradesh that stretches mainly across the Lakhimpur Kheri and Bahraich districts and comprises the Dudhwa National Park, Kishanpur Wildlife Sanctuary and Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary. It covers an area of 1,284.3 km (495.9 sq mi) and includes three large forest fragments amidst the matrix dominated by agriculture. The word ‘Rhinoceros’ is a combination of two Greek words – Rhino means nose and Keros means horn, which is a creature with horn on its nose. The range of the Greater Indian Rhinoceros (Rhinoceros unicornis-single horned) are really spotted. The best time to visit Dudhwa National Park is between November and May. The park remains open to public from 15th November to 15th June, though the months of May and June are a little too hot for comfort. While visiting the Park during winter you must remember to take woolen clothes as it can get pretty chilly, particularly between December to February.
Check-in at the lodge, freshen up yourself and post lunch proceed for jeep safari. Do not forget to take your camera and binoculars. The two hours elephant ride will be through unrivaled wilderness area with some of the amazing sighting of wildlife to look forward to. Now you have entered into the Dudhwa tourism zone which is a well know wildlife tourist destination in Dudhwa National Park. It is situated at the border of the Terai forest area from where from the River flows in numerous channels. This exclusive zone offers outstanding view of the forest. It gives you an opportunity to discover the most fascinating wildlife territory on earth. An evening jeep safari gives you a better chance to explore the forest deep and closely. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 16 : DUDHWA – KATARNIAGHAT – DUDHWA ( By surface 100 Kms/2 hrs. one way)
Breakfast at lodge. This day get ready for excursion to Katarniaghat which is at distance of approx 100 Kms form Dudhwa. The forest of Katarniaghat, situated in Bahraich district in the foothill of Himalayas are exquisitely beautiful with majestic sal trees dominating the landscape. The Girwa River flowing through these forests is home to many water birds as well as Crocodiles, Gharils as well as Gangetic Dolphins. The Girijapuri bairaj on the Ghaghra River becomes home to migratory birds during winter months. Later return to Dudhwa forest lodge. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 17 : IN DUDHWA
Get ready for early morning game drive in a dense saal forest, grassland of riverine forests, the presence of large water body and its location on the foothills. According to your tour package the last day we take you to Elephant ride. Explore the richness of flora and fauna of Dudhwa just from a height.
Around 16:00Hrs. We leave for three hour game drive that will pass through a pristine wilderness area with some of the best sighting of wildlife. Jungle road is the best place to spot tiger. Now you have evening at leisure to unwind in the serene surroundings of forest lodge. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 18 : DUDHWA – LUCKNOW (By surface 220 Kms / 4 hrs. approx) LUCKNOW – DELHI (By flight)
Post breakfast transfer by surface to Lucknow, thereafter board flight for New Delhi (operates only on Tue, Wed, Fri & Sat).
On arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Take rest for couple of hours after long day. Optional: If time permits, visit Kingdom of Dreams, India’s extravagant cultural and entertainment center, located in the city of Gurugram. Meet and greet on arrival by our company’s representative who will assist in transfer and check in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 19 : DEPART DELHI
In time transfer to the International airport to board flight for onward destination.
